Restored to life - 1992
Whispering Pines Chalet had fallen into disrepair and had been abandoned for many years when the present owners purchased it in 1991.
What was once a grand old mountains home had become derelict and was very close to collapse.
It was lovingly restored throughout 1992 and brought back to life as a bed and breakfast at Easter 1993.
